Can we work together remotely? Most likely, YES! I have several remote clients. Here are a few examples of how this works. QuickBooks Online – The administrator (most likely YOU) can add a user or accountant to grant access to your files. You can set the level of access to what feels right, depending on the work I’ll be doing.  If you just want me to review your records in order to provide projections or year-end financials to your tax professional, you can set it to a “read-only” level. If you want me to do that sort of review, but be able to fix any issues I find, you would set it to a “can-edit” level. If you want me to do ongoing updating of the records, bank reconciliation, and financial statements, it would also need to be a “can-edit” level. This is true for any Cloud-based accounting software.
